Processing
Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, depending on the item and seasonal volume. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Delivery times
United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch (5–14 business days in total).
International: delivery times vary by destination and are usually longer than within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii may also take longer.

All delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Free shipping
Every order over $150 ships free, to every destination we deliver to.

Customs and import fees
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
