At ORAMUNT, every piece is made with care. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Sizing
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, with a defect, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

1. Take clear photos showing the issue.
2. Email them to support@oramunt.com with your order number.
3. We will review your request and respond by email.

If your request is approved, we will ship a replacement to you at no cost.

What is not covered

• Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
• Change of mind or incorrect size selection
